This is why I drive my Mazda getting 28-34 mpg. I gave up my V-8 Camaro gas guzzler getting only 13 mpg.

How could you even suGGEST such a thing?! lol. No doubt, for many, GAS MILEAGE is priority #1.
For others, it's LOWEST PRICE. Others will cry, It has to be COMFORTABLE. For some it's an issue of SPEED or EASE of working on such and such an automobile, or STYLE is what causes the bonding! :)
I'd dare say this though, that there won't be any solar powered NASCAR cars or Indy cars in the near future I don't think! :)

5. RE: MUSCLE CAR RULES!!!!! WITH A TWIST
Sure. But why are muscle/retro rides returning with a vengence in the face of high gas prices? Mustang, Challenger, and Camaro? I've been told Dodge wants to re-resurect the Charger with a retro theme there too. Is it too late?
(yes I know the Charger already exists. The next gen is reported to be a ringer for the 68 through early 70 model years.) Don't hold me to it. My sources are already questionable, but the rumor has been started.

7. RE: MUSCLE CAR RULES!!!!! WITH A TWIST
well i havn't given up on my daily driver.
as long as i just cruise and drive in 5th gear then mine is fine but that might not be happening so much anymore gas is almost at 3.10 here and i just paid $3.40 3 days ago
which can be annoying,..i can wait to see it hit 3.00 or even less....it hasn't been this low in so long...hope it keeps going.

I drive my truck all summer and on nicer days. I try to keep it out of the rain. It sucks that the gas prices went in the fall and winter
