This mean machine has a 429 Big Block Ford V-8 Bored to 60 over and an Edelbrock 750 double pumper Carburetor boosted by a Tornado Turbo carb kit and a little chrome added to the motor. The motor in this car is not the Boss 429, but the 429 Super Cobra Jet motor taken from a 1971 Mach 1. I've always been a Mustang man and there are certain things that I like about certain different model Mustangs and I have added or will be adding some of them soon to this car. Right now I have taken the factory wheels from a 2004 Mach 1, Grille and fender emblems as well as some interior badges and detail from the 2008 Shelby GT500-KR Mustang, the stripe kit is from the 1969 302 although it will read 'BOSS 429' I have also now added a hood tach, new roof ornaments, rear louver and soon to come within the next 2 weeks will be the correct & larger 429 hood scoop and the Twister Special decals from a 1970 mach 1. I have also added other small things that will be shown in the photos that I add when I'm finished this month.
